DSMU athletes won prizes in the NCFD championship among medical and pharmaceutical universities

The personal team championship of the NCFD among students of medical and pharmaceutical universities “Physical culture and sports-the second profession of a doctor” was held on the basis of the Pyatigorsk Medical and Pharmaceutical Institute in Pyatigorsk from April 21 to April 24, 2022.
The participants of the competition were students of Pyatigorsk Medical and Pharmaceutical Institute , Dagestan State Medical University and Stavropol State Medical Universities. Competitions were held in basketball volleyball mini-football, table tennis. About 135 medical students took part in the intercollegiate tournament. The guys of all the teams showed a fairly high technical level and a great will to win.
DSTU national team took first places in volleyball (both men’s and women’s teams), basketball (men’s team), table tennis. In the mini-football competitions, the DSTU team took 2nd place. At the end of the competition, the results were summed up after each type. Winners and prize-winners were awarded with diplomas.
