Acting Rector of DSMU Visampasha Khanaliev took part in an online meeting of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation on the issue of consideration of priority projects for medical science and health of research and development projects planned to be carried out by scientific and educational organizations subordinate to the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation within the framework of the state task.
The meeting was also attended by Acting Vice-Rector for scientific work of DSMU Aida Mollayeva, Director of the scientific and educational center of DSMU Naida Murtazalievna and Head of the Department for scientific, innovative and organizational activities Elena Arbulieva.
Health Minister Mikhail Murashko in his speech stressed that today the situation, both technological and political, dictates a different approach to the distribution of funds that go to scientific activities.
“Today, the market accounts for 60% of domestic pharmaceutical production. And in financial terms, the balance is not in the direction of Russian products as most of the products are purchased from abroad,” Murashko said.
He also noted that developments in the field of medicine should be practice-oriented. It is no coincidence that one of the 42 initiatives approved by the government for the socio-economic development of the country is “Medical Science for man”. Among the main tasks of this federal project is the prompt introduction of advanced scientific developments into medical practice.
The Minister also recalled the need to prepare documents for the State Prize; he stressed that the State Prize of Russia is the highest assessment of the importance of medical science for the development of our country. Director of the Department of science, innovation development and management of biomedical risks to health of Health Ministry Igor Korobko made a report “On approaches to the formation of the state task for the implementation of applied scientific research to institutions subordinate to the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation”.
Igor Korobko also spoke about the implementation of priority applied scientific research within the framework of the state task in 2022 and the planned period of 2023-2025. A.B. Gusev told about the results of the implementation of the subjects of the state task for the implementation of applied scientific research, completed in 2021.
Then a number of reports were listened to: “A model of technological transfer of university developments of medical devices” – A.V. Kolsanov (Samara State Medical University); “An integrated approach to the development of medical devices for use in cardiovascular surgery” – E.Z. Golukhova (SMIC CVS named after Bakuleva); “Development of medicines for cardiology: from the state task to commercialization” – S.A. Boytsov (SMIC of Cardiology named after Chazova); “Development of innovative radiopharmaceutical drugs: success stories and prospects for further implementation – A.D.
