There are many talented, bright, inquisitive young people among international students who are interested in science. Then Naida Mollaeva addressed the guests: “This year has been declared the year of science. This is of great importance for the development of medicine in the country. We live in the age of scientific and technological revolutions where medicine is one of the main trends in scientific activity. In the future, a biologist, an engineer, and an economist will be particularly in demand and there is a tendency to develop in this direction. It is necessary to create conditions for identifying talented young people. Therefore our university provides all the opportunities for research activities of young people.” She also thanked the students and wished them not to stop noting that the university, in turn, is ready to help and support new ideas.
Students asked questions. So, Aouni Dorcasa 4th-year student of the medical faculty asked: “Can foreign students receive points for academic achievements when entering the residency?” Aida Mollaeva replied that the point system also applies to foreign students.
