Sino-Russian International Strategic Forum in the field of engineering technologies on underlying diseases

The Chinese-Russian International Strategic Online Forum of engineering technologies in the field of prevention and control of underlying diseases was held in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province from July 23 to 25, 2021. The event was organized by the Sino-Russian Association of Medical Universities, the Chinese Academy of Engineering together with Harbin Medical University. The purpose of this forum was to expand research activities, further develop academic exchanges and cooperation between Chinese and foreign scientists in the fields of basic medicine, clinical medicine, pharmacy, genetics, public health, as well as to promote innovation.

Magomedrasul Atayev, Head of the Research Institute of Environmental Medicine of the Dagestan State Medical University, presented the report «Multilevel assessment of pharmacogenetic features of drug treatment» at the forum.

The remote format of the forum was also attended by leading specialists of Russian and Chinese medical universities: Hebei Medical University (China), First Moscow State Medical University (Russia), Voronezh State Medical University (Russia), Dagestan State Medical University (Russia), Harbin Medical University (China), Omsk State Medical University (Russia), Volga Research Medical University (Russia), Macao University of Science and Technology (China), Capital Medical University of China (China), etc.

Within the framework of this conference, the latest research results in the field of fundamental medicine, clinical medicine, pharmacy, genetics , public health and other fields aimed at promoting interdisciplinary and interregional exchange and cooperation were presented. Active participation in joint international forums provides an opportunity to promote scientific developments, get acquainted with the results of the latest scientific achievements of Russian and Chinese colleagues, expand research activities, which contributes to the development of further cooperation, strengthening and development of Sino-Russian relations.
