Activists of DSMU became participants of the Dictation of Victory



 An International historical dictation on the events of the Great Patriotic War – “Dictation of Victory” was held on the basis of the Historical Park “Russia  is my history”, organized by the Ministry of Youth Affairs of the Republic of Dagestan together with the regional branch of the All-Russian Political Party “United Russia” on September 3, 2022.

The purpose of the Campaign was to test knowledge on the history of the Great Patriotic War to improve historical literacy and patriotic education of young people, the formation of moral values through the preservation of military historical memory.

More than 17.5 thousand regional venues were created for the participants of the Victory Dictation this year and 103 of which are located in Dagestan.

 The regional coordinator of the federal party project “Historical Memory” Magomed Magomedov , the Minister of Youth Affairs of  Dagestan Kamil Saidov, the Minister of Science and Education of   Dagestan Yahya Buchaev and others  as well as the Acting Vice-Rector for Public Relations and Socio-educational work tested their knowledge at the site Elmira Abieva and activists of our university  together with the residents of Makhachkala.

“We are very glad that so many people decided to write a dictation: there wasn’t even enough room for everyone in the hall! Among the participants of the action are young people and children. This event really contributes to their patriotic education. Having studied and answered the dictation questions, they will get to know our history better which will not allow distorting the memory of the feat of our heroes. In general, the action was held on a large scale,”- Kamil Saidov noted.

It should be added that the participants of the dictation in Makhachkala were also able to view the exhibition “War. Heroes and exploits”, which opened in the park “Russia is my story”. The exhibition tells about the exploits of the heroes of the Great Patriotic War.
