DSMU students became winners and prize-winners of the Grappling Student League

The day before at the Sports Palace. Ali Aliyeva hosted the final grappling tournament of the Student League. During the competition, about 100 athletes from various higher educational institutions of the Republic of Dagestan competed for the title of the best grappling student.

The athletes showed spectacular and beautiful fights. Athletes of Dagestan State Medical University also took part in the competitions. Representatives of the management of DSMU came to support the students: Acting Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs Razin Ragimov, Head of the Security Department Abdumazhid Ibragimov and Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry Tagir Abakarov.

According to the results of the tournament a students of DSMU   Dalgat Osmanov took 1st place in the 71 kg weight category and Magomed Magomedov took 2nd place in the 66 kg weight category.

We congratulate the students on their successful performances and wish them further achievements.
